What is Asphaltherm?

The innovation and simple construction mechanism, allow easy maintenance and it is very friendly to use.
Asphaltherm is an autonomous and self-sufficient workstation.

How does it work?

The Baltur BTL 3H Burner and the Hatz diesel engine Type 1D81Z.

The conservation takes place through the thermal unit that, by diesel engine or through the normal electric system, propagates heat evenly in the insulated chamber
On the board panel you will find a digital disposal to adjiust temperature.
The auxiliary 220 V connection allows to use other equipment when working on the road yard.

The fact that the material is discharged without the need to use the metering screw is very important.

Equipment that further implement the basic machine facilitating the operator during his work and allowing the entrepreneur to consider new work openings.
- Conveyor belt for transporting asphalt. Set of support feet for loading and unloading
- 300 litre emulsion tank
- Remote control

For example, the belt conveyor - an arm that can be adjusted by 180° - placed right under the discharge opening allows to translate the outgoing material within a range of 2.5 m reducing in this way the need to move the truck.
The set of removable supports facilitates the installation phases on the truck flat-bed and allows to park or garage Asphaltherm.

Loading on tipping truck
Stage 1 - Tipping body is centred with respect to asphaltherm base and support legs.

Stage 2 - Tipping body is positioned up against base.

Stage 3 - Tipping body is opened until rear legs are lifted off the round.

Stage 4 - Rear legs are removed.

Stage 5 - Reverse slowly so that the base's rollers slide along the tipping body.

Stage 6 - Tipping body is closed and front legs are removed.

Stage 7 - Loading procedure is complete.

Emulsion spraying unit consisting of a 300 l tank and a nozzle with automatic coiler that makes traditional dollied sprayers unnecessary.
The advantages of this optional element are clear on the yards along the main roads where the available area is extremely reduced.
No need to transport on the road yard and move the trolley: this operation often requires the joint work of two operators.
The radio control allows the operator to remote control the discharge phases
of the asphalt leaving the area of intervention at the disposal of the persons in charge.

Possibility of planning the traditional work on the road yard in a different way: the capacity of preserving for such a long time
the bituminous conglomerate at a constant temperature has allowed to overcome the supply issue at the production facility.
This saves precious time when waiting at the facility and arriving at the road yard in the chaotic morning traffic.
By applying a basic principle, this equipment is able to meet a wide range of working requirements such as: closing holes and excavations, complete covering of the road surface.
All carried out in a short time and without waste of materials, facilitating and speeding up the work also in the presence of poor weather conditions, with an endurance of 2 working days with one load.
The Asphaltherm is a useful equipment which meet the different requirement as supply a paver finisher.
The quantity of asphalt can be dose on requirement, in a rapid and clean way.
